Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to represent the T-Mobile brand at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on products, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

High school diploma required with at least 6 months of customer service or retail experience. You will participate in on-the-job training, earn hourly pay plus training pay, and have opportunities for stock grants

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools to educate customers, showcase products, and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby teams to support the customer experience.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and safeguarding assets.
