Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate in a Store-in-Store setting to engage customers, educate on products, and demonstrate value while exceeding sales targets in a high-traffic retail environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Training and incentives are provided, with benefits including stock grants and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions to remain Customer Ready.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
