Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations in Honolulu. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and leverage digital tools to drive sales and onboarding.

This role emphasizes helping customers self-serve and understand the T-Mobile app, while delivering exceptional service in a busy retail setting. Training is provided to master products and processes; you will participate in on-site operations, security, and asset management, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate wireless products and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready and partner with nearby stores for onboarding.
• Build relationships with leadership to support account setup, device support, and servicing.
