Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Consultative selling and customer education abilities.
• Ability to engage customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate value of products and services; use solution-based selling to meet needs.
• Complete in-store training; stay customer-ready; assist with onboarding and store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity and referrals.
