Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store in a high-traffic retail setting. You will engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile products, and demonstrate solutions to meet their wireless needs.

Role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while leveraging digital tools. Training is provided, with progression to a Mobile Expert and potential incentives and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Uses digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stays Customer Ready by reviewing Hub updates and promotions.
• Builds rapport with customers; matches pace, earns trust, and aims to exceed customer expectations.
• Reaches out to potential customers to drive sales activity; follows up, captures referrals, and manages Be Back processes.
• Collaborates with nearby store leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
