T-Mobile stores are seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on products, and drive sales with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Educate customers and showcase the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; learn and improve to provide the best customer experience.
• Commit to exceptional service, build rapport and trust with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and nurture relationships.
