Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate and demonstrate solutions, and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.

You will use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and showcase the value of T-Mobile products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.
• On-board customers and promote self-serve tools like the T-Mobile app.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and handle store operations.
• Ensure exceptional service and meet sales quality metrics.
