The Store-in-Store Mobile Associate role at T-Mobile USA, Inc. places you in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy and expertise to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and products, continuously learning to improve customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
