Job summary

Ragsdale Heating & Air is partnering with Home Depot to offer HVAC replacement, tune-up, and indoor air quality services. As a Sales Lead Generator, you’ll engage customers in-store, qualify leads, and schedule appointments to grow the Home Depot HVAC program.

You will present a professional image, maintain the HVAC kiosk, and build relationships with store associates while meeting KPI targets. This role includes a competitive hourly wage with commissions and robust benefits.
