Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance in Home Depot to promote HVAC services.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display inside Home Depot to communicate benefits.
• Initiate contact with shoppers and schedule HVAC service appointments.
• Qualify prospects and build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Educate customers and staff about the HVAC program and Home Depot collaboration.
• Meet program KPIs and participate in required meetings and trainings
