Job summary

Ragsdale Heating & Air partners with Home Depot to offer Heating and Cooling services, targeting in-store leads and scheduling appointments. The Sales Lead Generator identifies opportunities through friendly dialogue within the Home Depot environment.

The role emphasizes presenting HVAC options, maintaining kiosk displays, and delivering effective customer conversations to drive appointments and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Enjoy face-to-face interaction and be energetic and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and active listening to qualify customers.
• Able to stay positive, manage emotions, and handle rejection.
• Willing to work weekends and stand 4–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigative conversation, qualify potential purchasers, and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot custoemrs and store employees.
• Achieve to specified program KPI's and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
