Job summary

Ragsdale Heating & Air partners with Home Depot to offer Heating and Cooling services. The Sales Lead Generator will engage customers in-store, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for HVAC services.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive communication and building relationships with Home Depot staff while meeting KPIs. You will represent the brand in a dynamic retail environment, earning $18/hour plus commission, with robust PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers in-store and build rapport.
• Comfortable presenting products and services to customers.
• Willingness to learn HVAC program details and Home Depot processes.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with Home Depot
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display inside Home Depot to communicate benefits of HVAC products/services
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and schedule a sales appointment
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot associates and management while working in the store
• Educate and raise awareness about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and staff
• Meet program KPIs and goals
• Attend required meetings and training courses
