Job summary

Comfort Wave is hiring a Lead Generator to engage Home Depot customers in-store, identify needs, and schedule appointments for HVAC solutions. This full-time role involves standing for multi-hour shifts, weekends, and using in-store displays to communicate product benefits.

You will greet customers, qualify interest, and build relationships with store staff while meeting program KPIs and attending required trainings. Base pay plus uncapped commissions rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outgoing and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Ability to greet customers and manage conversations.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Willing to work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance to support the company image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate HVAC product benefits.
• Initiate conversations with prospective customers in-store.
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store staff and management.
• Educate customers and employees about the HVAC program.
• Achieve program KPIs and attend trainings.
