Job summary

CoolToday is seeking energetic Lead Generators to engage Home Depot customers in Punta Gorda, FL. You will identify prospects, qualify inquiries, and schedule HVAC service appointments for the Wrench Group. At least some retail or sales experience helps you excel in a fast-paced, in-store environment.

Expect $20 per hour plus commissions, a benefits-forward package, and a collaborative, people-first culture. Candidates must pass standard pre-employment checks and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated with strong communication.
• Ability to use a smartphone to engage customers and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company's image with Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC kiosk/display to communicate HVAC products and services.
• Initiate conversations with prospective customers in-store and qualify leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and build relationships with store staff and management.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program and achieve program KPIs.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
