You’ll represent a dynamic team focused on customer service, achieving KPI targets, and ongoing training. Weekend availability is required to meet demand and maximize opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company image with Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC kiosk/display within Home Depot to showcase benefits.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their store visit.
• Greet customers, engage in conversation, qualify prospects, and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and management in-store.
• Educate and raise awareness about the HVAC Program for customers and staff.
• Meet specified KPI goals for the program.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
