Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs.
• Experience in a hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Explain options and guide customers to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Accompany customers through the end-to-end experience with clear, personalized touchpoints.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions are resolved.
