Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and empathize with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen to concerns and guide customers to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Support customers through their entire visit from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure needs are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
