Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen and ask questions to understand needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Escort customers through entire experience with personal touch.
