Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor with a hospitality focus to welcome customers and connect them with the right TurboTax service or expert. You will be a trusted host guiding people through their needs in our Scottsdale store.

This is a year-round, non-exempt role with flexible hours; 20+ hours weekly, up to 40 during peak tax season. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high-touch experience and gathering feedback to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to communicate empathetically and resolve concerns.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or guest-relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and options.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Support customers through their entire experience with clarity.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved.
