Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store guest engagement and oversee technical product education for customers. You will lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty, influence daily sales results, and contribute to hiring decisions and training.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, leadership exposure, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-performance team environment. Strong communication and guest-centric service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and supervise on duty when needed
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests and assist teammates as necessary
• Assist with store readiness, open/close procedures, and daily operations to meet sales goals
• Participate in hiring processes and provide onboarding/training support
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members and foster an inclusive, productive environment
