lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience and to drive store performance. You will lead from the floor, provide product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty to support operations and sales goals.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership exposure. You will contribute to hiring decisions, coaching, and fostering an inclusive team environment within the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and support guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and assist with store operations and shifts.
• Assist with store readiness and drive meeting daily sales targets.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
