Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a superior in-store experience and technical product education to meet individual needs.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance on the floor, guide hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty, aligning team efforts with daily sales targets while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and provide technical product education to guests.
• Move from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to lead the team and fulfill business needs.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain store operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborative culture.
