Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by leading from the floor and delivering technical product education that meets each guest's needs.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance toward daily sales targets, participate in hiring decisions, and mentor teammates while promoting an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Willingness to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, assisting guests when team members are unavailable.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, and hands-on coaching to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment with strong working relationships.
