Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional, inclusive in-store experience. You will lead at the floor level, educate guests on product quality and fit, and support store leadership in achieving daily sales targets.

You'll supervise during shifts, participate in hiring and training, and deliver feedback to help your team grow while maintaining a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
