Job summary

lululemon Athletica in the United States is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience. You will oversee or provide technical product education, articulate the value of our brand, and lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet daily sales targets.

As part of the store leadership team, you will contribute to hiring, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating.
• Education: High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Assist on hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Review daily metrics and drive sales goals with the team.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when needed and lead the floor.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
