As a member of the store leadership team, you will drive performance, mentor teammates, participate in hiring, and open/close the store while maintaining smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to assigned store when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework from the floor to deliver inclusive service.
• Provide ongoing product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Move as Supervisor on Duty to manage store needs and operations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals.
• Foster a respectful, fun, and productive team environment.
