Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will drive sales targets and guide team performance.

You will participate in hiring, coach team members, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment for guests and colleagues. Open/close duties and daily data review are part of the role, with emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the sales floor and drive store performance
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate product value
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team
• Open and close the store and ensure readiness and operational excellence
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members
• Create an inclusive, collaborative environment for guests and teammates
