Job summary

Intuit in Scottsdale is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor who helps customers feel welcomed, understood, and well cared for. You will connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them to the right TurboTax service or expert within the network.

This role emphasizes high-touch hospitality and hands-on support rather than tax preparation. A year-round, non-exempt position with flexible scheduling, 20–40 hours weekly during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy and clear communication.
• Experience in a retail or guest-relations environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience
• Warmly greet customers as they enter, setting a welcoming tone from the first moment
• Listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's situation
• Guide customers to understand options and connect them with the right service or expert
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear, and supportive touchpoint
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and questions resolved
• Champion the Intuit and TurboTax brands as the in-store face
• Provide feedback to shape the customer experience within retail locations
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through active feedback
