Intuit is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor in Scottsdale to deliver a hospitality-forward customer experience within the TurboTax network. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and connect them with the right service or expert, ensuring they feel welcomed and understood throughout their visit.

This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes a high-touch, proactive approach to guiding customers and resolving questions, with strong benefits and growth opportunities at Intuit.

Competenze

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.
