Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience
• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and set a welcoming tone
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs
• Serve as a knowledgeable guide, directing customers to the right service or expert
• Accompany customers through their visit from arrival to a smooth hand-off
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles
• Follow up with customers to ensure they received needed support and no outstanding questions
