Intuit is hiring an in-person Customer Advisor to deliver a world-class, high-touch customer experience in our Scottsdale TurboTax retail location. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and connect them with the right TurboTax service or expert.

This role emphasizes hospitality, empathy, and proactive service. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer roles, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or other high-touch roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs through empathy.
• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone from first contact.
• Listen to understand concerns and guide customers to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Help customers understand options and feel confident they are directed appropriately.
• Guide customers through their in-store journey from arrival to hand-off with clear, personal assistance.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions are resolved.
