Intuit in Seattle is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor who delivers a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right TurboTax service or expert.

This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes thoughtful, personalized support from arrival through hand-off. The role centers on creating a welcoming environment, resolving concerns with empathy, and representing Intuit and TurboTax at the store level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer service.
• Proven ability to resolve needs with empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience by warmly welcoming customers and setting a professional tone.
• Listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and understand each customer's unique situation.
• Guide customers to understand options and connect them with the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with personal, clear, and supportive touchpoints.
• Reduce friction, answer questions, resolve concerns, and remove obstacles for an effortless experience.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions resolved.
• Champion the Intuit and TurboTax brands through in-store presence and feedback.
