Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs with empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone from entry.
• Listen to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and direct them to the right service or expert.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience with clear, personal touchpoints.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure customers received needed support and questions are resolved.
