Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming tone on entry.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs.
• Guide customers to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Support customers through the full visit with personal, clear service.
• Resolve questions and reduce friction to a smooth experience.
• Follow up to ensure needs are fully met.
