This year-round, non-exempt role offers a hands-on host and navigator experience, regular hours including afternoons and weekends, and benefits such as health coverage, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience with a personal touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved.
