Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA to help customers access short-term financial services, process transactions, and deliver in-store experiences. You will receive hands-on training and development in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities include handling check cashing, money transfers, and payments, while building relationships and promoting personalized financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check per applicable law.
• Ability to stand and move up to 90% of the time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Participate in daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform on-site tasks, store errands, and support events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow security procedures for vaults and cash drawers as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current with product/process changes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends (minimum 40 hours).
