Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with payments, check cashing, and money transfers in a fast-paced in-store environment. You will receive hands-on training and have opportunities to grow across our eleven brands nationwide.

You will build relationships with customers, process transactions accurately, and help them access short-term financial solutions while upholding service standards and compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information into POS system with precision.
• Assist in customer account management and payments while maintaining security protocols.
