Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA. This entry-level role focuses on assisting customers with transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering a strong in-store experience.

You will receive hands-on training, coaching, and development to advance within a fast-growing company that values community impact and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work-day use (mileage compensated).
• Background check required as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services that fit customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with precision.
• Build new business through daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site events and community activities.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Ensure security protocols and proper cash handling when opening/closing.
• Stay updated on product and process changes; work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours/week).
