Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA to help customers access short-term financial solutions and provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will process transactions, build customer relationships, and support ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliant with law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with precision.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site tasks, including store errands and external marketing.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures; follow hours and schedule requirements.
