Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with in-store financial services and processing transactions (check cashing, money transfers, payments). You will build relationships, enter data in a POS, and contribute to a high-performance team.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and development with opportunities to move across eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing up to 90% of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Uphold security procedures for cash handling and daily openings/closings.
• Stay updated on product and process changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
