You will join a fast-paced team, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities across eleven brands nationwide. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and reliable data entry while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and vehicle may be required.
• Background check conducted as per applicable law; ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in store operations, including cash handling and ensuring security protocols.
• Support in-store marketing, events, and cross-brand opportunities as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, meet cleanliness standards, and comply with policies.
