Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access quick financial solutions. In this entry‑level role you’ll process transactions, provide in‑store support, and build lasting relationships with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections.
• Participate in in-store events and community outreach.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow security protocols for opening/closing and cash handling.
• Comply with company policies and laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on changes.
• Full-time schedule including weekends (40 hours/week).
