Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA. You will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, classroom coaching, and opportunities for advancement across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Review, validate, and process transactions accurately.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in POS system.
  • Assist in on-site tasks and provide exceptional in-store service.
  • Maintain store appearance and assist with opening/closing procedures.
