You will handle transactions, build relationships, and participate in ongoing training across our brands. This entry-level role offers hands-on coaching, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and clear paths to advancement in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficient with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license and insurance ok.
• Background check required and local regulations followed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light weights when needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in daily call campaigns and manage appointments.
• Support on-site store operations and participate in events.
