You will complete transactions, receive hands-on training, and grow through a structured program across eleven brands nationwide. The role requires a full-time schedule with weekend availability and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
• Maintain store appearance, security protocols, and opening/closing procedures.
