Community Choice Financial in Southaven, MS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

As an entry-level CSR, you’ll receive hands-on training and coaching, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing, impact-driven company that values community and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check is required and adherence to applicable law.
