Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in McDonough, GA seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with transactions, payments, and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build relationships, verify transactions, and maintain accurate customer data while representing the brand across our local stores. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in customer accounts and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in in-store and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures.
• Work full-time, including weekends (40 hours/week).
