Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Montgomery, AL. You will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist across our eleven brands. This entry‑level role emphasizes building community relationships, accurate data entry, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand and move up to 90% of the time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort with using a POS system and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in on‑going customer account management and scheduling.
• Support in-store events and community outreach when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Work a full‑time in-person schedule, including weekends.
