Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Customer Service Representative in Albany, GA. You will handle check cashing, money transfers, and payments, delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities across the brand family, and a comprehensive benefits package with 12 days of paid time off in year one.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required; results considered in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, lifting up to 25 lb, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
