Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Griffin, GA store. You will play a key role in serving customers through the full loan/pawn cycle, educating clients, and building relationships to support store goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance, and data integrity while contributing to a fast-paced environment with occasional Saturday hours. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle where needed.
• Proficiency in using phone, POS, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting in-store/community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and laws.
• Maintain office security and manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
