Job summary

Acosta Group, through its Product Connections division, seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintain equipment, and drive product interest. You will learn products represented and engage customers professionally to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating events with store management, leading operations when the supervisor is away, and ensuring food safety while handling small appliances and samples.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with related experience or training.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom area.
• Act as point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent and coordinate with store management.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team to execute demos and engage customers.
• Explain product features and benefits, and upsell to consumers during tastings.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using kitchen appliances.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the day of event execution.
